Living in Edmonton means embracing the extremes. From deep freezes and sudden blizzards to vibrant, sun-soaked summers, our city demands a lot from homeowners. That’s where we come in.
We are a locally owned and operated property care team dedicated to one simple mission: taking the work out of home ownership, no matter the season.
We started this business because we saw a gap in the market. Homeowners were juggling four different contractors—one for snow, one for lawns, one for lights, and another for cleaning. We believed there was a better way. By bringing all these services under one roof, we offer consistency, reliability, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing exactly who is working on your property year-round.
Our Philosophy: We don’t just “cut grass” or “shovel snow.” We protect your time and your investment. Whether we are clearing a path for your morning commute or designing a backyard oasis for your summer evenings, we treat your property with the same care and attention to detail as our own.
Experience
Our automated crews dispatch immediately after a snowfall ends to ensure safety. For residential properties, we aim to have your driveway and sidewalks cleared within 24 hours of the snowfall stopping. For commercial sites, we often clear overnight to ensure you are open for business by 7 AM.
Yes, under Edmonton’s Community Standards Bylaw, property owners are responsible for clearing snow and ice from adjacent city sidewalks within 48 hours of a snowfall. Our service ensures you meet this 48-hour compliance window automatically, reducing your liability risk.
We respect the City of Edmonton’s noise bylaws, which generally permit snow removal noise between 7 AM and 10 PM. However, during major storm events where safety is a priority, we may operate outside these hours to ensure you can leave for work on time, utilizing the 48-hour safety exemption window often recognized for essential snow clearing.
Yes. We apply a gravel/ice melt mix to sidewalks and driveways as needed to prevent slippery conditions. This is typically included in our monthly flat-rate packages.
We provide a comprehensive "lease" service. This means we supply professional-grade LED lights, clips, and timers. You don’t need to buy or store anything—we handle installation, maintenance, takedown, and off-season storage.
Installations typically run from October 1st to late November. We recommend booking early (September) to guarantee your spot. Removals are scheduled between January 15th and February 28th, weather permitting.
During the peak growing season (late May to September), we typically schedule weekly mowing to keep your grass healthy and at the recommended 2.5–3 inch height. In dryer months or late fall, we may adjust to bi-weekly visits.
Yes. Our Spring Cleanup (April/May) includes power raking (dethatching), aeration, and debris removal to wake up your lawn. Our Fall Cleanup (Sept/Oct) focuses on leaf removal and a final mow to prevent mold growth under the winter snow.
We monitor Edmonton’s Water Demand Management measures daily. During Stage 1 restrictions, we follow the odd/even address watering schedule. If Stage 2 or 3 restrictions are implemented (banning driveway washing or lawn watering), we will pause those specific services and focus on permitted maintenance until the ban is lifted.
